River House is a 243-unit upscale multifamily development situated with pedestrian connectivity to Milwaukee’s famed Riverwalk in the city’s most established residential neighborhood – the East Side. The development consists of two luxury four-story buildings that sit over two levels of underground podium parking. KCP’s investor partnership was the sole capital partner in a joint venture with a multifamily developer with Milwaukee roots. Construction was completed in 2017 and the project was successfully leased and sold in 2018 for a profitable exit.
