Development of a 150-unit Class A apartment project with podium drive under parking, located in downtown Greenville, South Carolina. We were the largest equity partner in this joint venture with a Charlotte-based developer. Construction commenced in late 2012 and the project was sold in 2016 for profits in excess of 50% of the development costs.
