This 10-story office building is located in downtown Decatur, Georgia — an intown community in metro Atlanta. At the time of acquisition, the building was in need a renovation and upgrade. The property was filled with about 100 tenants, many of which had occupied the building for decades. We created value by renovation, professional property management, increasing net income, and creating a plan for potential development on its large surface parking lot. We acquired the property in 1997 and sold it in 2007.
