Disciplined and focused are perhaps the two words that best describe Kaufman Realty Group ("KRG"). Since this real estate investment and management firm was formed in 1994, it has demonstrated discipline and focus in all activities it pursues. KRG has a track record of creating value for its stakeholders, as disciplined stewards of capital, by diligently studying market fundamentals and macro-trends before starting a new venture, and then remaining focused on the hands-on execution of the business plan.
KRG has been general partner/managing member and major investor in over 25 real estate investments and developments. We believe in balancing investment intuition with analytics. The KRG team has extensive experience in real estate acquisition, finance, development, management/operations, and successfully planning/executing dispositions in a variety of property types.
